THE COMPANY
PERFECT Plastic Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated in February 6th, 1987, and its principal activities consist of plastic blow-molding and injection-molding. The plant and office is strategically located on a 38,000 square feet freehold land in Taman Industri Puchong, an easy-access industrial area equipped with multiple infrastructures along the Lebuhraya Damansara-Puchong Link. The Company has a workforce of 120 people and invested in 32 fully automated and semi-automated machines.

We have ploughed in millions of earnings in the investment of advanced and automated operating machines to ensure quality products coupled with shorter production lead times. Besides this, we have set up state-of-the-art inspection technologies to provide better quality assurance. We provide intensive training to our highly motivated production and technical teams in order to keep them acquainted to these sophisticated machines and equipments.

We are in the process of applying ISO 22000 as we believe a structured Quality Assurance framework is essential in managing consumer safety and product quality.

An essential measure to uphold consumer safety, all of our raw materials complies with United States Food and Drug Administration (USFDA).
